Just like we have been saying. third time's the charm! Judge scarsi ruled in favor of net list and entered the Judgment in the permanent record in netlist favor! So we have beaten Samsung and with that we have also defeated one of Google's major defenses that they were attempting! all of this two short weeks before Google has to face judge Seeborg with this news!!! Samsung and Google owe Netlist and their shareholders billions of dollars!
