After seeing too many posts regarding the combo patent, I end up reading Ex response to which I am replying to, though I sad earlier that I don’t read his post.

I agree totally with what Ex is saying that the combo includes DCVAXl, but the claims are way broader as that’s how a patent should be in order to protect the invention as broadly applicable as possible/allowable!

If the patent was specifically covering formulation of DVVaxL, then anyone could come up with slight variations to get around & use it without conflicting with the platen’s claims!

Meaning that DCvax is used in the trails as a representation of the vaccine, but the claims cover all possible variations around any other possible formulations!
