Marjac did his best against a hailstorm from the old farts. He performed much better than Hollywood Singer. Dissent I doubt it but perhaps a slender chance. That would be a pyrrhic victory at best. I've said it half a dozen times the original case was winnable if the Bhatt/Curfman paper had been presented at trial. Covington should have detected the cropped table. In addition Amarin should have filed the 24/60. It all smacks of a recurring theme. I site what just transpired at the NICE conference. The Captain shouldn’t be doing battle on Amarin's behalf nor should Marjac. Amarin keeps showing up with a plastic spoon to gun fights. Now our best hope is Dr. Denner. I pray he prevails. KM and our board need to concede they're in over their heads. Not sure that will happen because they’ll continue raking in large paychecks and stock options. In the meantime our investment fritters away.
