Speaking of mistakes, look at Lilly`s news of their oncology drug not being approved and requiring more trials.

Why?

Because they conducted the trial in 1 country, China, against FDA written guidance recommending multi country trials to best cover USA diversity.

How capable are Lilly`s executives? Did they just make a mistake?
