I am certain,(as certain as I can be..lol) that Mr. Xiping Tao name alone, carries a great deal of weight in China..His background alone shows he is no small time joe..Hrct and Dr. Hu are traveling in the fast lane now...Gary Locke being on this board is mind boggling to me..and Ex-Governor with big business (Microsoft, boeing) ties as well as being a cross cultural politician and diplomat..My gosh, is this really Hrct?..lol..I love it..
