Bill ~~ I do not.

But, that is a fair question and one that should be
answered in a formal filing (if there is) and/or during
the Q&A on 2/24.

BOD's in most all cases are provided some sort of compensation for time, meeting attendance, etc.
I do not know if BOA "fits" that same agenda.
