I agree with what you say here as this being good, but they are referring to some of the reasons the examiner rejected these claims. Many of those claims still have outstanding reasons for rejection, so this should be considered a partial win for now and they need to work off other reasons for the remaining rejections.

Perhaps they do that successfully in this response...I have no clue.
