HL statement keeps evolving from the original post. The latest iteration being what you have said. I don't give her statements much weight as everything is slanted in a negative light, often times unreasonably so.

Looking back at Ike's notes/transcripts it seems like they have evolved to be nearly what I would call 'transcripts'. Maybe he is not court reporter level accurate, but it seems to be pretty meticulous.

2017:

NWBO 2017 Annual Shareholder Meeting wrap up.

The following are the notes I took at the ASM, questions in bold, replies in normal typeface, my thoughts in italics. Questions and answers often paraphrased.

2018:

Note, time stamps were added into the transcript. He also puts the answers in quotation marks. This is for 2018-2020 ASMs.

(Ike note: Questions are paraphrased, answers in quotes are verbatim quotes, speaker initials in parenthesis)

I would say 2018-2020 are nearly what I would refer to as a 'court reporters transcript'.

The 2017 notes I'd prefer to see a recording.

I, and the same would be true for Ex, accept Ike's 2018-2020 transcripts as a fair and accurate transcript of the ASMs.
