Whatever legal private investigative work that could be done to generate sufficient information to make an effective referral would best be done by an expert in white collar criminal investigations (either from the public sector or as private investigator) and preferably someone who has connections with the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Cofer Black was in a different field and while intelligence and law enforcement have some significant overlap they are not the same. This suggests to me right there that Cofer Black was not hired to go after the shorts and with 5 years of nothing, that is an informed assumption.

My insinuation is that NWBO has a cult-like mentality like Scientology though despite the hopes openly cherished by some shareholders, they are not policing speech through extra-legal or borderline legal means using Mr. Black.
