I believe the sector is close to, if not at, a bottom. With 420 on the horizon and various bills, SAFE Banking etc., gaining some attention in the news investors will be back in the sector pretty soon solidifying the bottom IMO; it's just a matter of time.

Sector stocks with small share structures will rebound quickly on any demand, AMMJ will be one of them. Most companies in the sector have terrible financials and will not last for the long haul, those with solid numbers will be the big boys in the coming years, that is what "investors" should be looking for, anything can be "traded".

CBGL has a lot of Convertible notes in their "Current Liabilities", the conversion of these notes will heavily dilute the share structure as they are converted putting pressure on the share price. The dilution is well under way, on Jan 14th they had just over 285m shares Outstanding (as reported in their last quarterly filing). Less than one month later, Feb 7th they are showing 446m shares Outstanding https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CBGL/security Small share structures are only good if they can remain that way.

I will PM you some information on my largest holding, a much better play IMO than CBGL.
