Are marijuana stocks about to rise soon?

Marijuana related stocks have been beaten down to all time lows, however, this is a great opportunity for those willing to take the risk. I have rode many of the MJ sector runs in the past. What do I mean about sector runs? Well, marijuana stocks usually run together and the first hint to watch after a catalyst is when the big ones start to form a reversal like $TLRY, $SND, $ACB, $TCNNF. Smart money seems to always know.

What catalysts? Legalization of marijuana on the federal level, The Safe Banking Act, and Germany marijuana legalization.

Today the Safe Banking Act was approved to be included on the Competes Act. The US Senate already passed a similar version of the bill in 2021, therefore, now they have to pass a reconciliation bill to merge the two. Marijuana has a stronger chance to be included in the final bill this time because it is backed by Congresswoman Nancy Mace & Amazon who are all about legalization marijuana on the federal level. The majority coalition in Germany already stated, that marijuana legalization is one of their top legislative priorities. And if Germany legalizes, then the rest of Europe could follow soon after.
