The fact is that investing in XERI isn't Investing in XTI. While XERI has been able to fund XTI through dilution nothing has been finalized. Not the JV nor the Merger. When investing in XERI you are getting just that. A company that has started Strategic Alliances, JV's, and a merger with at least 6 different companies over their 2 year life without closing one to develop any revenue. Added multiple board members. XERI has also established the F&F plan to sell discounted shares to help spread the word how great Duffy is. IMO
