Your words not mine, the employees were dismissed, directors resigned, once they knew the company would not live on…transaction for assets closed 2018.

So they knew company would not live on but did not know the results of the process when they resigned? The press release said “due to the results of the liquidation”

Which is it? Finra was not notified until early 2019 and didn’t step in until end of 2019….
