You remind me of what we engineers consider the most dangerous phrase in the English language: "It's always been done that way".
Just because all of those previous companies in previous years have failed to satisfy the SEC Admin, does not mean that it's impossible. It just means it's unlikely. Two completely different words.
So, again, I reiterate that the deregistration is not final yet. Otherwise the SEC wouldn't give them a chance to respond and would move straight into deregistration.
Just my two cents. Keeping it 100% real.
