Porteno: Financials are filed electronically to EDGAR, so, unless the CEO or CFO died from COVID either of them could have electronically filed Financials. The company did not even reply to an SEC letter, hilighted below, which was the company's only chance to explain the delinquencies. If indeed COVID was in play THAT was the time to explain it to the SEC. Once an Administrative Filing has been placed against a company for Financials delinquencies in 100% of all instances it is too late to remedy the delinquencies to avoid the A.L.J. revoking the company's stock registration.
