They were executing a growth plan? I must have missed that since the filings have shown nothing but losses and dropping revenues.
And no, reauditing their filings shouldnt have gotten in the way unless they had no one internally to do it, and we've continually heard how many employees they had through those times. But even if Linda was handling the reaudit Reggie was still handling the business (with x number of employees) so they could still have been building the company up but instead it went into the toilet.

Just more excuses.
