A flow cytometry analyst, a manufacturing manager and a validation engineer walk into a bar and order drinks. There is a window at the bar and they notice two people walking into a building across the street. Half an hour later, three people walk out the door of the same building. The flow cytometry analyst says, "Gee, the laser must have failed to detect and analyze the correct number of people entering the building". The manufacturing manager says, "They must have made one more person while they were in the building." The validation engineer says, "If one more person goes into that building, it will be empty." The bartender shuts them off.
