You can't look at their filings to get the whole picture you need to look at the projects they have going on in Vietnam with the Vietnamese government and the people involved in those projects. Banks don't sign funding agreements with excellent terms to companies that don't have the resources to pay them back. Many of these loans have 2 to 3 year grace periods.
