We’re already seeing 1H 2022 floated as a trial balloon by some shareholders. You are right in your assessment that any pre-TLD financing (or any size and with any funding source) means that we are being strung along for months (at least) yet again and your stated reaction of immediately pulling out is reasonable. While I regard it as unfair, (as I have said before) that the shareholders being impacted by the problem are the ones being forced to leave instead of the ones creating and likely profiting from the problem, there are no meaningful legal remedies under the current system.
