Till the Rett data is out, there is going to be uncertainty and it fuels unwarranted thoughts and what if scenarios, though fundamentally nothing has changed, as far as we know.

I welcome news about Kaufmann's promotion and Hammond's appointment. Those are good signs considering the future.


As far as pps is concerned, I would not put it as rising share price comparing it with the pps in 2H of 2021, when the Rett data was supposed to be available. One can blame it on delay and/or market conditions since the start of the year.

I do not sleep well for reasons other than AVXL. (been years).

Knowing that I wont lose money is some comfort, and have not yet set up any stop loss target for it to be triggered, should such an event occur (sincerely/hopefully not). May be I should set one up, considering the delay!

This long delay has given me enough time - more than 6 months - to look into and invest in other stocks. I consider that as a positive.

(trade some every now and then, build decent amount of free shares, etc. I will be owing the tax man a nice chunk, but no complaints. Better to pay tax on gains than lose money when it is all said and done).
