We would get more use out of Hunter if pay to play was involved.

Black is just a guy with an extra skill set from the government that is of little use on the compensation committee or whatever BOD function he holds. They leave the government and look for extra spending cash with little risk and very little time involved.

George Shultz with Theranos BOD and got paid for influence otherwise he did an awful job for shareholders.

I doubt Black is doing much other than what a normal board member would perform even if he has a specific skill set unrelated to NWBO.
