Speaking of dark pools, for decades, the black screen ledger has always been the grand daddy of dark pools used by the shadow Gov't to siphon off trillions of dollars to offshore accounts. By 2015, $21 trillion dollars was missing from the Pentagon's reporting system, which is no surprise because the Gov't has been broke since 2007. We're all victims of the greatest ponzi scheme in history, and sadly enough, Bernie Madoff was right when he said, the greatest ponzi is being run by the banks, that's who we should be looking at.
