What about Fidelity? I own shares through them.

COR didn't sue Fidelity. Initially, they said TDA and ETrade hadn't done anything wrong, but eventually they changed their minds. The truth, of course, is that they were just looking for an individual or entity to blame for their own losses, once Calissio and its officers disappeared.
