Correct! However, because the FDA’s name was not on the changes the bears claimed post hoc trial changes initiated by NWBO. Investors were left to figure things out for themselves giving bears the temporary upper hand advantage even though this is an adaptive trial design which allows for agreed to changes along the way which not many investors really understand and with minimal updates by the company the time cost made everything look like it was in chaos or falling apart to many.
