No, I don't think so. The sealed filings were records of stock held by TDA and Etrade clients. Didn't I make that clear earlier? It had to do with TDA and Etrade being defendants named by COR. The answer does not lie with them.

But here's a SECRET!! Stock is ISSUED by TRANSFER AGENTS!! So call Pacific.
