Isn't that the 200ma price range? With news

like that I'd think we'd be above the 200ma and hold above strongly tomorrow.

I don't really understand all the financial intricacies, but aren't all the news shares being added to the o/s recently opposite of a buyback?

Don't get me wrong, $200M sign/sealed/delivered will be AWE$OME! Just don't bring ANOTHER MOU or similar deal PLEASE.
