News cycles don’t always play out the way the market anticipates even if news expected is good. After SNO no one held out high hopes for news until about now but even now the debate about journal timing and manufacturing expectations keeps the price close to the bottom rail of the uptrend because no serious selling is happening. Traders picking up scraps then selling to a bigger buyer for a few pennies more. This will all change soon based on 13+3 for the journal and manufacturing readiness and rollout. We are definitely in the zone now and the recent big transactions and long term uptrend say so. Best wishes.
