How about German contacts? Anyone know anyone in the medical community there to get their opinion?

Why? NWBO themselves said the hold was issued by the FDA and they acted voluntarily in other jurisdictions.

Besides, Germany would have had almost no data by them. They had one site (of the 70+) open for a year at the time of whatever. They had a few sites come on board just before the halt, but not enough time for any data. So a few patients with very short data only.

The "Out of Germany" theory on the hold came from posters here trying to spin the fact the hold was discovered on the Germany EUDORA site into the assertion that it was only Germany and bot the FDA. After NWBO announced it was the FDA, and other were voluntary, the meme was backpeddled into some convoluted tail.

The FDA issued the hold, NWBO acted to make it appl worldwide.
