ATLnsider, I recall seeing at least one of your posts you provided and I will review all you sent, thx. I am mostly in agreement with you, but just wonder what was seen at that time, 8/15, and, if we know who was really the RA that initiated the partial hold, FDA or Germany.

All your regulatory discovery on new regs and RA perspectives are so informative and it is easy to see how there is a deep theme going on in the direction the RA's are heading. This is the reason I think NWBO under-stated their challenges when they commented about how they were covering significant new territory. I am amazed a company this small can navigate these waters. Hopefully some of the new territory works for them in the end, there is a very high probability of it, confirmed by your work, thx again.
