I don't support everything Israel does, by a long shot. That being said, there are some real head scratchers in your post.

"Vatican City is the smallest country in the world."

The moral outrage isn't a straw man, it's the point. If you're happy with a "do as I say, not as I do" ethic, then you're one of those hypocrites that are heard about and you lose moral authority.

If you continue to ignore historical context, then, sure, Israel's land grab is worse than America's was and it was just a natural evolution that put Alhambra in Spain and the people of Congo just wanted to learn French, damn it.

Hamas insists on continuing a hot war with a country it cannot possibly beat. And it's willing to sacrifice it's own citizens to that cause. And to raise money for its leaders, who live elsewhere and in luxury.
