Yes, it is unbelievable that the FDA does not require absolute proof of equivalency.

In some products not only are the ingredients important but the processing of those ingredients is critical to the results.

Many companies hold processing patents. And some hold those processes secret so no one knows how they achieve the results.

So while the generics may have similar or even identical constituent parts they may not be combining them so that they perform the same.

Too bad for those taking generic V. And they don't even know it.
