Mason has been doing the testing -- I don't know where that currently stands. But the Generics are sneaky bastard. I am near certain that they aren't breaking FDA's rules but the problem lies within those rules; they are inadequate.

This isn't my opinion; I spoke to one of the key experts not too long ago and he expressed his opinion on the rules and said that the Generics are "gaming the system" and he thought that the key are the encapsulation patents that Generics could not replicate.
