From what I have learned in recent weeks about the new SEC rules and brokers blockades (Talk to the hand), I get the strong impression that the insiders on $NDTP with all those shares have a snowballs chance in hell of getting their shares into the market any time soon, and would likely require a major SEC S-1 filing, and operating business/assets, revenue and uplist to a major exchange before they could sell. And possibly buying more assets and cash, to drop their shares count under 5%

It is almost impossible now days to get issued paper shares into the float on OTC stocks anymore.

Hovis and Mathias have no change of selling shares as it sits.

So The Kester / Kestone Nano, and others, Ellington(?) or ???? must have some kind of big plans coming IMO.
