You have no way of knowing that the person you're talking with ever worked for PKG only by them telling you they did. You come on here spewing nothing but speculation. Dunn and Bradstreet has PKG uis in operation in Cincinnati
Ohio. It seems to me that what Eric has done is downsized the company and not totally sold it out. They still are under contract with companies to manufacture some pretty important pieces not too say they own patents and intellectual property rights to all kinds of important equipment. PKG is still a private company and the company doesn't have to tell anyone here or anywhere anything affiliated with the company. IMO Cerebain may be dead but PKG is still producing product and Eric could very well be in let's rebuild mode, waiting for the right time to do it.
