So then why did LP say it was expected to happen?

You are saying that LP flat out lied to investors that she expected an IA in 2014 and then in 2015.

They knew they had not started on the "ginormous" task of creating the SAP. They could not be months away from having IA results.

All breadcrumbs end up with LP lying.
