Catty ! I think you need to do more due diligence before you invest.

Musk was not forced to sell any shares, his stock options where not expiring.

The question is why did he sell billions worth in Tesla stock at all time highs ? did he know something the retail investors where not privy to ?

Perhaps he was trying to give us a hint? Remember it was not just Elon Musk but many other billionaires who all sold out of there companies.

Remember there is only 1 reason to buy but many reasons to sell.

He owns more shares in Tesla now because his stock sale triggered option purchases.

Not sure if you read my previous posts to you ? but I already told you that all other tech stocks including Palantir have fallen 70% including Palantir

How ever Tesla is still in a bubble and has only correct 20% from all time highs. This is why analysts are saying Tesla will eventually crash below $300.00 this year.

Even Elon Musk said we are headed for a massive recession in 2022. No wonder he sold out of Tesla !
