We know that Institutions and Funds purchased many shares recently. I don't believe they're in business to buy high and sell low.

We've touched the high teens twice now. It will happen again and I believe, won't look back...third time being a charm.

This is the only opportunity many recent investors will have to get share price average down. Buying op.
