As long as the buyback - directly or indirectly - is not finished, Henry will rightly withhold any news that will bring PPS up. In the end, it benefits all longs if Henry can buy back as much stock as he can on the cheap!
For the time being, Henry will only announce what he absolutely has to. However, I could be wrong!
