Very briefly, L's partially matured dendritic cells are exposed to removed tumor cancer cells thereby being activated then injected back into the patient....whereas Direct partially matured dendritic cells are directly injected into inoperable cancer tumors to activate the dendritic cells against present cancer cells.

Again, my contention is when DC Vax L is approved....DC Direct will will be approved with a short Accelerated Confirmatory Trial.
