I think they can choose to do whatever they want. Though the more they share the technology the more risk they take of backward engineering, so I do not think they will need to share too broadly. They do have a good relationship with Advent though, so it is possible that they could work out a revenue sharing / licensing agreement to manufacture other products not just at Sawston but elsewhere with a close contract manufacturer doing the work. It could also be Cognate, but it gets riskier and riskier the more broadly shared so their contract should be air tight. If someone develops an improvement of the process, that should be cross-owned with revenues continuing back to NWBO. Just my thoughts, but they can do and negotiate whatever they need to do to boot strap themselves to approval. After that they can probably take it to another level. I think a facility with Flaskworks implemented, fewer clean rooms or smaller space dedicated as clean rooms, will be much less expensive to create in North America.
