Oh, I have seen that presentation from 7 years ago before. But while there I saw another LP informercial I did not recall.

I liked this exchange:

Host: "One good thing about your company is we don't have to wait forever. It sounds like most of the stuff is going to happen within 2 years"

LP: "That's a very good estimate. Of course we are making estimates, but its been more than 10 years in development to reach this point. It's been in clinical trials for almost 10 years. And now we're on the home stretch. We are in large multi patient clinical trial, and that trial should reach it's endpoint in about 18 months and that's the big moment".

That lets me recalibrate snail speed. The home stretch is about 200 yards. That was 128 months ago. That comes out to just under 2 yards a month, about 1 inch a day.

LP is slow even by snail standards. I probably should stop using this comp as it is an insult to snails.
