BINGO~! DING DING DING DING DING~! 100% on the money HNDRXX.

Hopeful the merging company is patient. IPOs cost a great deal, so maybe this "clean shell" with the liability attached (LOL~!) is in the merging entity's interest still.

Man, I thought I saw most everything in the market. This one is a doozy~!
