I go back to the gofundme issue as the problem with releasing TLD too early. If I were king, I’d allow cost neutral reimbursement prior to likely commercial approval in this case, but I’m not king. That way, I’d think the world might be able to see results earlier, demand would increase and more patients could get treatment sooner, IMO.

(The gofundmeissue being, in my mind, demand rapidly overwhelming private (gofundme) funding once results are released)
