Yes, but that has no bearing on whether or not Corp Fin’s considers them acceptable.

DBMM was notified of many problems with their filings. Yes, they did file amendments to correct SOME of the problems. But not ALL of the problems we’re corrected.

I’m not making this up. This is documented by Corp Fin’s and is the reason why Enforcement continues with case against DBMM.
