What I meant is that even lack of resources might not cause NWBO to quit, even if the FDA tells them "Do another trial." Just as Linda Powers 'saved' NWBO to shamble on many more years and get more investors involved and a few to stay, likewise, it could happen again.

The point is that NWBO is not necessarily going to run out of time and be forced to either put up or shut up to go big or go home.
