NWBO could easily reference confidential regulatory processes without referencing ORBIS specifically and thereby breaching confidentiality in any way.

Regulatory process is an extremely vague term (NWBO loves vague terms so that should not be a problem) and not naming a specific jurisdiction takes away any clear indication that could be construed as letting the cat out of the bag.

The duty to be truthful to shareholders and other stakeholders like patient advocates can and should be maintained without breaching confidentiality.

Confidentiality does not mean misleading stakeholders and claiming that the article is the reason we are delaying an extra year on TLD after data lock is misleading if ORBIS is the real reason.
