Seriously? A compassionate use, unapproved therapy vs. an FDA/UK/EMA approved brain cancer treatment? Night and day. Marketing an approved treatment is a lot different than trying to get people to believe in a "possible" positive outcome of an experimental therapy. Approved is a billion dollar revenue source. Specials is a cash-flow helper until approval. Period. Nothing matters now other than TLD.
