That is from Samsung itself and one would have to ask
a. they signed the agreement
b. How long does it take to get it going , in Incheon SK and SF Samsung Facilities .
c. to item b , one would think at least a few Months . In the article the Incheon facility will PRODUCE materials, per the article .
d. there will be an outcome , and that outcome should provide one of the largest catalysts yet.

There is a huge amount on this outcome that will take ENZC to another level. But it has to be completed with the Samsung seal of approval, if so then we will see what happens.
