The other thing is that they don’t seem to have taken any steps toward listing

at that stage what could that be what would be clearly visible to us? as we all know we can only uplist after the SP is over a certain price threshold and that is only feasible after the TLD + publication. Uplist is a pretty straight forward process and can be realized in a short time if and after NWBO has left penny land. Unless they are at some sort of NASDAQ blacklist for not adhering to SEC rules in the past, which I doubt.

I expect TLD + publication in Q1 if not then absurdity would not even begin to describe the situation. More comedy tragedy. If no TLD + publication in Q1 we can all assume journalS have refused the publication and we can start write off our investment, which I absolutely do not expect.
