So Some kept saying (for many months) that they would be booted from the OTC at any time. Then the company spokesperson announces that they are still working with the OTC on correcting - updating the filings and becoming pink. I'm not sure why you still think they are going to be booted after all this time if there is such apparent criminal meandering as you suggest. If there is criminal behavior and it's so blatently apparent to you, then wouldn't it be even more apparent to the OTC and FINRA since it's their job? I do agree that they need to get the filings updated and get everything finalized ASAP if they are intent on doing it at all.

I wouldn't think that after making all of those statements regarding plans to become pink and all sorts of business endeavors and plans, that they would continue to mislead people about efforts to become current if there wasn't some effort to correct the filings. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it wouldn't be very smart that's for sure.

I personally believe that there has to be some sort of effort and contact going on between the company exe and the OTC at this point or they would have indeed been dropped by now. I'm not saying that there are not inaccuracies in the filings or that they may need to account where the money came from, but couldn't it simply mean that they incorrectly listed the money as income instead of assets or loans and that's why they're having to refile? There's quite a few of these companies that are still not fully current. I'm just not sure why this one is any worse than most of the others. Whatever is going on must not be as "apparently illegal" or fraudulent as some of you are suggesting or surely they would have been booted by now. I mean the criminal behavior is so "criminally obvious", right? I mean if it's as bad as some of you suggest , they'd surely be booted after all this time and so long past the deadline. There has to be a lot more going on here than meets the eye.

And no, I'm NOT suggesting that they haven't filed something incorrectly or that they will at some point become pink or anything else. Only time will tell I guess but I can't imagine how the OTC would allow them to keep trading after all this time, if the they felt there was "apparent fraud".
